Yeah unfortunately the way Volleyball sets up its tournament is much different than other sports. It means that the Ladyjacks will almost always have an extremely tough draw not necessarily equal to our national rating.

Honestly just going to the Tournament is enough for recruits to know we are a legit program.

About as good of a draw as we have gotten in the last 5 tournaments we've been to. That being said, they're still the #20 team in the nation.

They started the year as one of the top teams in the country but have limped through the last month mainly due to injuries. Almost every loss has been to a ranked team.

Very good first round match. The committee showed us some respect.

The Ladyjack's RPI moved up to 64 after all matches were played.

Eh sfa just played nervous and made a ton of uncharacteristic mistakes . Expect to see a different team in set 2

Really nice 2nd set by SFA but let match point slip away. Backs against the wall now---pulling off that 2nd set would have been huge.

Ladyjacks play much, much better in sets 2 and 3, but they fall to TCU 25-8, 26-24, 25-20. SFA showed they belonged in this tournament. I agree with an earlier commenter who said SFA was a victim of nerves in that first set. After that, SFA and TCU were basically evenly talented teams.

I thought Cam Hill and Molly Cravens had very good games.
