Wow that's fast. Of course I've never run a 4:30 mile before or thought it was possible, but to then string 5 miles together at that pace. Incredible.

I watched Penn Relays this morning. Auhmad Robinson is having a stellar year at A&M. He is ranked #1 in the country in the 400m. I've watched several meets this season and he never disappoints. If only we still had him...
