This is round eight of this year's prediction competition. It is a very simple contest, just copy and paste what I have below between the two lines and fill in your prediction including the tiebreaker. The tiebreaker will occasionally change so be aware and make sure to check it. In order to determine the winner I will take the difference between your prediction of the SFA points and their actual points. Then I will take the difference of your prediction of the opponents points and their actual points. I will then add them together and determine the outcome. If you choose the wrong winner, you will be assessed a penalty which will be the worst score of those that chose the right winner.

The closest prediction will receive 10 points and then so on (2nd gets 9, 3rd gets 8...). If you have a perfect prediction, you will receive an 8 points bonus! I will do my best to have the scores posted within the next day of the game but no guarantees.

The tiebreaker for this game is total SFA fouls for the game. Good luck!

Round 8 deep thoughts -

- 7 people picked against SFA and they all got points. If it came down to predicting score with out having to pick the winner, 5 players had closer predictions but had the wrong winner ultimately.

- Had to use the second tiebreak (closest to SFA's score) again. If I gave out points for 11th place, I would have needed a third tiebreaker!

- edstile (gulp!) scored 9 points to take a small advantage.

- Apparently total fouls are too predictable. Although Txjack was the only player to correctly pick 23 fouls, 12 players were within 2. Note to self: tiebreakers need to break ties, not get a bunch of people choosing the same number.

- Let's be honest people, with 20 games sure to play from here on out, will anyone pick another team to win besides SFA? Can you believe with 20 games left we think that we will win every game? Good luck on being the contrarian.
