SFA (6-2) vs. ULM (2-6)

The Lumberjacks have an odd Sunday matinee game against the Warhawks of Louisiana - Monroe. ULM is bad. Already Houston Christian and Lamar from the Southland handled them fairly easily. They just snuck out a win last game against Mississippi Valley State.

But, we're still a team looking to gel at all levels. This game is in the "win the games you're supposed to win" category. Let's see if the Jacks can keep their Sunday lunches from slowing them down and get a win streak rolling.

All 10 players have scored. Great contribution from bench players. Only 3 turnovers that half. Didn't put them into the bonus. Solid play.

ULM always plays us close it seems.

I do not, but now that think about I don't recall her being there much if at all last season

SFA Dancing Lady

57-46 SFA U16. It's gotten physical but Jacks still handling it. I don't know if Christmas will come back after hitting his head and biting his tongue.

Refs been watching too much NBA on those no traveling calls.

Alisas is gaining confidence. Love to see Alisas and Christmas on the floor together for a change of pace.

Really showed some versatility as a team today. Keon as usual showed the way. Hard to underestimate what he means to this team. Christmas also. If he (Christmas) could improve his free throw shooting…..

The dunk from Smith was epic.

Corpus will be tougher than this. Still, I like our chances of winning 16-17 conference games.

I'm on a cruise ship as I read this, and I'm thinking back to last year. A 20-point win by that team would have had us guys and gals wooping and hollering with joy and excitement. This year, crickets. What a difference a year and a new cast of characters makes.
