2:00 pm tip off in the Coliseum to start the season. Technically we already had the OT exhibition win against Sam Houston, but Millsaps is going to be the first game that counts on our schedule even if not towards the NET rankings.

Let's see if the Jacks can show us anything against a scrub team.

I liked the ball movement against Sam. Looking to see if we can get some offensive rebounds and dominate the paint against a D3 school.

D3 doesn't have roster limits. For them, it is an exhibition.

Great first half. Good Ball Movement. Actually shooting threes!

FG% could be a bit better, and FT% could be a bit higher. Other than that, I feel like we are a well-rounded team.

Sloppy 1st half. Just need to get out injury free, get some conditioning in, and work on a few things. Defense needs to tighten up along with defensive rebounding.

Games like this, the biggest thing is to come out unscathed and hang your hat on the things that make your culture like your defense and rebounding.

So much crisper. Ball movement and cut to the bucket was more efficient.

Weren't throwing up 3's every possession.

Freewheeling.

Thought Thompson looked good. We have a true floor general.

The rest was just so so. I mean Patrick went off for some 3's against an inferior squad. Didn't like what I saw on the defensive side. Millsaps was able to get inside more than expected.

. Offense can be explosive. Defense is behind the offense. Millsap got to many easy buckets. Scurry looked good as well as others.

Need to watch the Arkansas St and Rice games before getting a good feel about this team. Really like what I saw from Scurry, he is a player. Looks like coach brought in a bunch of shooters. The last few years the shooting has been so bad! Defense needs to tighten up. Like what I see from the starters and a number of other players. Lots to work with. Christian Green didn't play hardly any. I figured he would get more playing time. One thing that I was really happy about is that there are not 3 to 5 players on the bench with major injuries like the last few years.
