The Lumberjacks are going to try to keep their winning ways going in the Valley against the Vaqueros of UTRGV. Finding offense will be key against one of the most prolific scoring starting fives in the country.
The Vaqueros have probably had the most surprising start of the SLC. They are averaging 71 shots a game - more than 15 a game more than SFA. Five players, one big and 4 guards, all average more than 10 points. They score 12 three pointers a game compared to our 6.
The Vaqueros have a weakness and that is they are not good at defense. This is where SFA has to even the game. Hold UTRGV under 75 and the Jacks probably win.
