Coach Bishop's Season 2 is underway with big gaps to fill...

Bishop lost a lot of pieces when Kellogg left, but he found a way to build an incredible team that was probably the best team in the WAC at the end of the season.

He's lost his core from this year though. This may be a harder offseason. But, he's definitely earned the trust that he can build an effective team.

Avery, Lydia, and Moore. Is that the core of the team we have returning? Is Gatewood gone or was it something that can be worked out? Tuisala?

That's close to a full rebuild. Need some scorers.

Outstanding! We got a good one, Pilot. A scorer, too.

Katie Gearlds ( @katiegearlds4 ) and the Boilermakers picked up a good one in 5'9 guard Destini Lombard ( @_Dezto4 ) who can do it all. The SFA transfer averaged 10.1 points, 4.2 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 2.6 steals while producing 21.2 PER and +22.0 Net Rating.

She'll probably ring the NIL cash register on that move to the Big 10. Good for her. She deserves it. A hard worker.

The Ladyjacks have received a commitment from two-time JUCO All-American Freddie Wallace from Butler Community College. 6'2" Forward.

As a sophomore averaged 18.4 ppg and 7.3 rpg. As a freshman averaged 17.2 ppg and 6.8 rpg.
