SFA (16-14, 9-10) vs. Utah Tech (11-19, 7-12)

WHEN: 3/9 (SAT) 2:00P.M.
WHERE: William R. Johnson Coliseum (Nacogdoches, TX)
WATCH: ESPN+

Final regular season game for the Lumberjacks today at the Sawmill. Come out and celebrate your seniors and cheer them on to victory. AJ and Frank will make their final bow. It will be interesting to see if anyone else will be honored.

There's no doubt that it's been a struggle of a season, but like every March where a postseason is involved, there is possibility. Last game's utter dismantling of Southern Utah showed what an AJ led team can accomplish. The Jacks want all the good feelings they can have before heading back to Vegas.

Utah Tech has nothing to play for today except pride. They have a losing season. They have been eliminated from the postseason. Freedom from this year's burdens starts at about 4:00pm. But they've beaten us before this year, and they will want the sweep. Frank Staine wants to stop them.

Bring your family. Bring your love for SFA. Bring your voice to cheer on these players one last time. Today is a good day to be a Jack.

I'll be watching with my popcorn. Always interesting. UTU has a tenacious coach/team. A win for SFA would have propellant effect in my opinion. Let's get it done.

Really solid effort all around. That Nana 30 points Wow.

I think our basketball program is in reasonable shape , when I'm dissatisfied with a 17-14 season 70% of NCAA teams would love to have 18 out the past 20 seasons with over 17 wins.

Really enjoyed the game today. It was ugly at times, but it seemed like a SFA game of old. Grind them down. Last home game of Nana's fourth season was fantastic. Feel sanguine about next week.

Ya. You really captured what I saw. The Lumberjacks of old. Grind em down. Force the other team into mistakes. Capitalize.

Latrell drops 20! Christmas with 8 rebounds.

Just saw on ESPN that South Carolina hit 25 wins for the 4th time in school history. We've done it 7 times - all in the last 17 seasons. Keller twice, Underwood 3 times, Kaspar twice.

According to article on SFA athletics, only seniors honored tonight were AJ, Staine and Head trainer Reese Turner.
