It's how they show how many points teams get compared to the other when certain players are on the court. Common in hockey with line changes, but it can work for basketball.
Nana just benefits from coming in when the game settled and turned in our favor. Ie. We outscored them by 12 when Nana was playing.

For example, when Nana was on the court, SFA outscored CBU by 12.
When David was on the court, CBU outscored SFA by 13.
It by no means says who is a better player, just one of the advanced stats used to judge effectiveness.
The live stats that SFA provides gives the +/- in the far right column.
I honestly don't understand how Willis gets so many minutes and Tezeno never sees the floor. I'm assuming that Tezeno is at the game.

I'd much rather take my chances that a 42% FT shooter regresses to the mean, rather than give completely un-defensed layups.
