Gavin and Calvin sat down on foul trouble. Our double digit lead went down to 10, but our bench guys fought through it, and when Hall started hitting, they brought it back to 10 at the half. Good for them.

We didn't seem to work the lanes as effectively as I had expected. Defense made the difference. Defense is already looking like the "old" Lumberjacks. Offense needs to catch up.

I will never understand why Roti when wide open behind the arc will take two steps forward and take the 15' two. I'm guessing it's so he can step into the shot, but he can be wide open and instead of sidestepping and taking virtually the same shot, he goes for the worst risk/reward shot.

I don't understand what we're doing offensively. It's like we're just trying to give it to Roti and let him figure it out. What happened to our ball movement?
I love Roti, but he should never be the one holding the ball with less than 5 seconds. And we're dying right now.

Officials are having a terrible half. Just because the offensive player goes flying into the baseline doesn't mean there should be a foul called for just a block.
Another terrible possession with Roti at the end.
Anyone catch the reason for the tech?

MTSU has definitely played better defense this half, but we're helping them out a lot.

No but whatever it was, ref came over and explained it to the other coach that "it's a tech all night"
