Alright....last game of the season. Does our team relax or do they keep playing like we know they can & remain undefeated in conference play? If you are at the game, cheer extra loud for me! I will see y'all in Katy next week!

I have flashbacks to last year when we played very poorly in an 8 point loss. Visscher had one of her worst games as a Ladyjack. Zya, on the other hand, gave us a glimpse of what she would be. Banfield had zero points, and Mayfield played four minutes off the bench.

That was then this is now. Although Sam is the second best team in the SLC, I don't think they are as good this year as last. Depth is a huge difference between them and SFA. They go essentially 7 deep, with three starters averaging over 30 minutes a game. Thanks in part to all the blowouts, we have nine girls averaging double digit minutes in conference. If, like Wednesday, we have a starter or two not going well, we bring Avery, Bri, Aaliyah, or T off the bench.

Maybe close early, but we pull away. Payback time for last year.

Whew,,,yes, I remember that game too! SAM is not as good as last year by a long shot. I think we pull this one off as well. Need a good game to get us through until next weekend!

We play physical, but so does Sam. They more than doubled up the fouls on us that last quarter. There's really not that much disparity. Still won the quarter though.

I've talked to her at games and she responds to Zi-uh. So we've been pronouncing it wrong this entire time or this guy is an idiot.

Kellogg had both Avery and Zya at a radio show. We were there and visited with them for a bit after they were done. I mentioned the way the announcer at the UNO game was mispronouncing Zya's name. They laughed.
