Good news: our shooting was horrible, but we still won. It was nice to see the Jacks got their "sea legs" underneath them.

My game analysis since I missed the middle hour: Easy 7 point Jacks win. Never trailed.
we are not going to beat Sam or ACU playing like that. just embarrassing. it will catch up to us like the texas CC game did
I guess an ugly road win is better than an ugly road loss.
Holding the lead for 98% of the game is great but these guys have to be able to put the clamps on ! Painful.

I pulled up my espn app and was thrilled to see us up 55-19, then I realized it was the Ladyjacks. At least for a brief second I felt we had finally put it all together. (Btw, Ladyjacks are awesome to watch)
Northwestern had plenty of chances to take the lead. They just blew it every single time. I don't think it had much to do with us holding them. A decent to good team would have beat use.BigJack85 said:

I agree. We won't beat either of them when playing the way we have in three of the last four games.
Nicholls having a hard time with HBU at home tonight. Prison Tech and ACU playing a close one.

Now when I left with 8 minutes left in the first we were leading by 15 and shooting over 50%. When I came back we were tied with only 35% for the game. Can someone explain some reasons for why our shooting percentage dropped so much for someone who didn't see it?

I was listening and not watching, but NSU got hot, hit some threes, and went on a 12-0 run that took them from 14 down to 2 down in a heartbeat. At the same time, we hit nothing.
We actually had some good looks, but the shots weren't falling. NSU actually did a decent job protecting the rim. The announcer was decent, but he kept saying the Demons had to get their sea legs under them on several occasions, hence the joke.
