This should be all SFA on paper. If it turns into a blowout for us I'll consider the possibility that SFA has turned a corner. If we win close I'll continue in my cynical concerned mode.

So, apparently, the announcers put no effort to learn any of the names. Two sad play calls on 3 and 4th down when you only need two yards.

I was about to say the same about the announcers. Just bumbling through the rosters guessing.

Disappointing that we couldn't get 2 yards on 2 plays.

Got in a little late to the broadcast so I missed the 2 failed attempts to get 2 yards.......however on the touchdown drive we saw a downfield pass, a big run and a very nice play call on the TD to the wide open tight end!
Nice series and opened up the playbook a bit....let's keep that going.

Isaac is so right.

We have learned though that Blumrick can throw downfield given time ...has thrown some good passes tonight.
Or should I say Bloomrick as the announcers are saying.

Despite the turnovers, SFA had 323 yards of offense in that half to just 121 for Lamar. You can survive mistakes when you're otherwise playing well. That and, let's be honest, Lamar is not a good team.

Nice TD pass from Bloomrick to give us a small halftime cushion.

Gotta give Blumrick some credit...he has played banged up, played with an O line that has had it's problems but he can play and can be an effective passer given some time..still plenty to learn or improve on but he is showing guts and growth.

Now the turnovers.....come on guys it's the 9th game of the season, no excuses for this many mistakes.

We need to close the turnover gap in this game. We need to put it away by end of the third so their offense doesn't get lucky, give them hope, and put them back in the game.
