UIW has gotten away with many uncalled holding penalties. Yes I know you could call it on about every play but when we can see it easily from the stands....

Ran into #21 Waylands mom at the snack bar. Asked if he wore 21 for Fred Biletnikoff. Don't believe she knows who is was but I told her that he catches the ball like Biletnikoff did.

Well I agree but it didn't work well. Always things to work on and improve. Late game clock control would be one.

What a game! Me thinks Carthel and the team watched the Shawn Clynch interview with McBroom before the game! Super effort in all 3 phases of the game for a full 60 minutes! I am thinking 9-2, an SLC Championship, and at least the second round of the playoffs after tonight. Lamar will be our only big test!

SFA owns the tiebreaker of both teams tie for the SLC championship. The auto bid goes to the team that has the longer playoff drought.

People will look at the team stats and think that UIW dominated us, when in actuality the exact opposite was true. Lots of yards, time of posession, and first downs at garbage time by UIW in the fourth quarter.

Driving home with Buc ees stop. UIW dud have a lot of " Frost Bank" first downs tonight but the defense stopped them or held them to FGs outside of the late TD.
