First part is stats for both SFA and what Carthel did at A&M Commerce.

Future parts will have video on scheme and should drop next week. Technically behind a paywall but there should be a $1 trial until the season starts.

I think every preview on us at this time is going to be pointless, especially based on stats. I don't think anyone really knows what to expect.

The scheme articles will have some good film study on what they ran at AMC. There should be some good carry over there.

Additionally the stats one here has a bunch on Carthel and hisnstaff's stats at Commerce for an idea of what kind of statline they'd be aiming for.

As most know, Carthel can be a veritable quote machine. Speaking at the Meet the Jacks event last night, he quipped that two days after accepting the SFA head coaching job, he learned that he got to open at Baylor. Then he learned that SFA was 0-4 all time against Baylor and had yet to score a point. Recently, he saw Baylor head coach Matt Rhule. He told Ruhle that if they happened to fumble in their own end of the field, Carthel was immediately bringing in his all conference kicker, Storm Ruiz, and getting some dang points on the board.

Score first, then run out the clock for 4 quarters.
