Yeah I think this one might get ugly.. Hate to say it...

I don't know, no pressure on the Jacks, with on the road nothing to lose motivation.

The defense plays inspired football, scores a couple of TDs with Blumrick passing for over 400 yards and a few scores.

We send Klink to the cooler in this one.

Jacks by 10.

Well we always seem to get one surprise win. We haven't had one yet and honestly I think us and NWST are evenly enough matched that this could be an upset. I hope so at least. Though if we win, Sam probably has an in in the playoffs. If we win, Sam May not make it.

By far Nicholls has allowed the fewest points of any team in the Southland.

By far SFA has scored the fewest points of any team in the Southland.

We're going to win by a landslide - 30+ points.

Honestly a blowout win for us would be the most 2018 Southland conference thing ever.

Anyone else noticed that 93 has upped his comedian game lately? He's giving TallTexan a run for the money.

I used to console myself with football by knowing we had basketball coming up. Then I went to the game against SWAG Thursday night. So I'm full on volleyball at this stage.

Non conference still...I'm not ready to give up on BB just yet...we always start slow. Plus, we had lots to deal with the last couple of weeks. I think we will pull it together by conference time.

Noone's giving up, we always struggle in early games, but SWAG was not suppose to test my blood pressure medicine.

With UIW clinching the auto bid from the SLC nicholls will need to show out next week to make the playoffs.

UIW clinched?

We definitely need to call and see if we can get that Iowa State game then.
TallTexan

Not to turn this into a coaching thread, but Nicholls was paying their coach 130k base salary a year up until this offseason.
SFA_03
How long do you want to ignore this user?
So apparently UIW needs nicholls to lose next week to clinch the auto bid since UIW lost the head to head with nicholls.
And even if they do make the playoffs, the first round of the playoffs is the Saturday before they play Iowa State, so if they make the playoffs and lose in the first round, they'll likely still play that game. However if they win, it's in the contract that that game gets cancelled.
Still. We should try and jump on that game anyway. For the seniors as well. Give them one more chance to play.

One more chance and likely a 300k+ payday.

Or if I had my way, a 250k payday & a basketball home and home.
