If I've read it correctly, she could still make the 2020 Olympic team, since her suspension will end on March 31, 2020. The USA Olympic Team Trials will be held on June 19-28, 2020. That's probably why she accepted the suspension without contesting it. At 26 years of age now, that will probably be her last shot at making the Olympics.

Very sad. At least the sanctions back to 2016 do not strip her of her national title. Also, because the 4 year sanctions backdate, there is only a year and a half left on the suspension. I really hope that this was a minor misstep for her and not a systematic issue.
