Quick update on the CC race:

Big news was that Lamar was excluded from men's golf. That makes up for their having a men's tennis team (that SFA and SHSU lack) and effectively knocks the Cardinals out of the race.

Sam Houston State finished one place behind SFA in men's golf which was big because it was one of their few opportunities to make up some ground. With four sports remaining, SFA holds a 13 point lead. Sam would need to finish an average of 3.25 places above SFA in all of them to prevent the Lumberjacks from taking a third-straight trophy home.

Nice, thanks for the update. I don't see us losing it. Baseball playing as well as they are is huge. We're a spot above them there, and one spot behind them in softball. And if past results in track remain the same we'll be competitive with them there.

SLC postseason ban for recruiting violations.

Women win track title, men get 2nd. Hopefully that's enough for the Cup. Baseball did us no favors.
