This is not yet a done deal but Sam Houston State is kicking off a campaign to fundraise renovation and a rebuilding the west side of Bowers Stadium. Video at the bottom has details:

As much as I hate saying it, with the success that they have had the last 6 years or so, I'm surprised this hasn't come up before now. We've been winning for a couple years now in Basketball and we're now pouring money into it.
