Sigh, not surprisingly, the NCAA has decided they need to announce the Top 16 teams for the four regions...in February.

Yep. Like it matters at all who they rank. Like OK St., Brad could take them 10-0 down the stretch or they could go 2-8 and still win the tournament. This is garbage marketing.

not really most people watch for their team's seed, upseat 4 or 5 and bubble team(who is in, who is out). The top 16 are usually boring. U could just look at AP poll in February and probably get 90 % of what they will pick.
