Wisely Hall is a good one for Juniors Seniors and grad students.

My wife and her best friend rented a condo behind Cotton Patch during grad school. They liked the owner. I could see if they still have contact info.
On campus, most of the rooms on the 4th floor of Mays hall are bigger. Hall 20 is motel style, so no common spaces.
Some of the fancier halls have private rooms.
