Nothing more to talk about?! This is a forum - we can come up with stuff to talk about. Like how we're going to be eating some fried yardbird later tonight! Looking at the numbers again from last night, SELa really did a good job shutting down their starters. Actually I think if we can do the same and challenge their bench to get hot again, it will give us an advantage. Just need OUR starters to get going...please.

Samuli Nieminen will be available off the bench. Not in shape and wouldn't expect a ton, but definitely good news.

Leon Gilmore is gonna mess around and show what a joke leaving him off the all-defensive team was. Absolutely SHUTTING DOWN Weisbrod.
No scores in 6+ minutes for Lamar. It feels good to be on the other side of that.
Forget home court advantage. What about Katy advantage? Best first half all season long!
Impressive 1st half by the Jacks.......5 more halves like that and we are in.......

I will promise this: Lamar will make a run. At some point in the second half this will be a close game. Hopefully we respond the right way. I'd love to be wrong but I've watched too much basketball.
Nice SFA crowd tonight. We probably have four times as many as Lamar.
Nieminen is our best big and he hasn't played in three months.
Of course as soon as I say that 4 straight fouls on him, but he's still good.

Leon was a beast- 7 for 7 with lockdown defense on Weisbrod. Really hot shooting to get the game started. When does that happen? Everyone playing with energy. Nieminen's return was big in that it gave relief to Holyfield and Gilmore when they needed time. That was pretty much the team we hoped to have all year. Now I hope they stick around for two more games. I have no illusions about this next game. Corpus wants to stop us, but maybe in back to back nights we'll keep clicking.

good win. the best we have played all season. C.C is going to tough. Leon with 3 really good games back to back. Ivan got to double digits. Lamar was never in it. If we keep playing like this no one in Slnd can beat us.. One game at a time. AxeEm
