I'm having troubles getting the subscription to take. Anyone else having issues?

Yes. Haven't been able to renew for the last three days I notified "someone" a couple of days ago using the Contact Us section of the site, and I also sent a message to Isaac yesterday. No response yet.

After one week, I'm still unable to renew my Premium subscription. A bit frustrating. Apparently, Customer Support is non-existent at this time. Not a great way to run an airline.

I'm with you. I tried a complete reboot and got in but still couldn't validate the charge.
