Debbie is really excited about the commitments she has for '23. Really excited. The move to the WAC, and the higher level of competition, has her really amped up. She hates to lose, yet she can still celebrate the wins.

Dropped the first set to Sam. Sam has a good crowd here for VB...I'm sure it's their highest attended game if the year. Sam is 3-12. We are the better team, but not showing right now.Debbie very upset about a couple calls from official that should have been ours.

Lost 2nd set again....23-25. We've definitely not been communicating well with one another. If we don't get it together soon, I'll be heading back to Sugar Land in no time.

We played an awful 5th set. Proud of them for taking it to the final set but whew...we will learn & grow from this one.

What a match. We certainly looked flat from about mid way through the first set. Then Sam just seemed to figure out our angles. Leah Powell was not on. Didn't look like the killer that she usually is.

For sure. They rallied back. They (SFA) didn't seem to have a blocking tandem to deal with Krieger.

After letting a six point lead late in the first set get away, dominated the next three. Humphreys really shook up the lineup, headlined by starting freshman Izzy Denton at libero. Debbie hates losing.

I was going through their schedule and it is possible Sam is better than their record indicates. There are a bunch of losses to teams from power 5 conferences. I think SFA is better but the players may have taken them lightly because of that record.

Sam is better than their record. Probably in the top five in the WAC. We played well below our capabilities. Significant line up changes made by the coaches for the Tarleton match addressing the underperformance of some.

Nice interview. You can tell that Kelsey really understands how to prioritize her time. Focus on her priorities. Those are some traits, that once ingrained continue to have a positive impact on a persons life!
